Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each item is lovely hand crafted. We hope that when you make a purchase from Ruby Sweet Jewelry, you truly like/love the piece and are content with the purchase. You can always contact us for any manufacturing damage or loss question at rubysweetjewelry@gmail.com. (If an item breaks ,due to manufacturing malfunction and not accidental, please send detailed photos and description rubysweetjewelry@gmail.com and we will happily work on a replacement item for you)
